  Because the rotation speed of the air compressor motor and the actual power consumption of the air compressor are in the first power relationship, reducing the rotation speed of the motor will reduce the actual power consumption. The variable frequency air compressor uses the pressure sensor to instantly sense the actual air pressure and gas consumption in the system. Through the precise coordination of electrical control and frequency conversion control, the speed of the motor (i.e. output power) is immediately controlled without changing the torque of the air compressor motor (i.e. the ability to drag the load). By changing the speed of the compressor, the system pressure changes, and the stable system pressure (set value) is maintained to achieve the on-demand output of high-quality compressed air. When the air consumption of the system is reduced, the compressed air provided by the compressor is greater than the system consumption, and the frequency conversion compressor reduces the rotation speed and reduces the output compressed air volume; otherwise, the motor rotation speed is increased to increase the compressed air volume to maintain a stable system pressure value.


  It is the same as the fan motor water pump. According to the load change, it controls the input voltage frequency, which is the same as the inverter principle. Its energy saving effect is as follows:


  1. The pressure setting of the variable frequency air compressor can be one point, that is, the minimum pressure meeting the requirements of the production equipment can be taken as the setting pressure. The variable frequency air compressor will adjust the speed of the air compressor according to the fluctuation trend of the pressure of the pipe network, and even eliminate the unloading operation of the air compressor, saving the electric energy.


  2. Because the variable frequency air compressor makes the up and down pressure of the pipe network stable, it can reduce or even eliminate the pressure fluctuation, so that all the air compressors in the system operate under a lower pressure that meets the production requirements, reducing the power loss caused by the pressure fluctuation.

  3. Since the compressor can not exclude the possibility of long-term operation under full load, the capacity of the motor can only be determined according to the maximum demand, so the design capacity is generally large. In actual operation, the proportion of light load operation time is very high. If frequency control is adopted, the working efficiency can be greatly improved. Therefore, there is great potential for energy conservation.


  4. Some adjustment methods (such as adjusting the opening of the valve and changing the angle of the blade, etc.) can not reduce the operating power of the motor even when the demand is small. When the demand is small, the speed of the motor can be reduced and the running power of the motor can be reduced, so as to further realize energy saving.


  5. Most single motor drive systems can not be adjusted continuously according to the load. After the frequency control is adopted, the continuous adjustment can be carried out conveniently, and the stability of pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters can be maintained, so as to greatly improve the working performance of the compressor.
